- Handling full sets of accounts, including Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, and General Ledgers.
- Preparing Financial Statements, conducting Field Audits, and managing Bank Reconciliation.
- GST Filing, compiling Financing Statements for Banking Facilities, and controlling Debtors/Creditors
- Managing the full spectrum of HR functions
- Overseeing Office and Administration matters, and providing secretarial and clerical support to management personnel.
- Capable of handling receptionist duties and guiding the performance of Accounts & Administration Officers.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 2 year of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
