- Enhancing the image of the organisation through promotional and engagement strategies
- Exploring and initiating measures to support broader initiatives in managing feedback, engaging stakeholders, and enhancing customer service.
- Implementing programs to instill a sense of social responsibility in young children through community projects involving partnerships with local organizations and parental involvement.
- Developing and executing strategies to foster increased involvement with key stakeholders, such as parents.
- Collaborating with partners both within and outside of organisation to develop interventions that align with stakeholders' needs.
- Planning, executing, monitoring, and overseeing all aspects of engagement initiatives, strategically allocating resources to achieve objectives within agreed-upon timelines, costs, and performance expectations.
- Conducting investigations to gather insights, proposing and implementing effective and timely solutions to guide organisation departments in successful stakeholder engagement across various platforms they oversee.
Requirements:
- Singaporean
- Degree in any field
- Events organisation skills –virtual, physical or hybrid events – including conceptualisation, management of logistics and budget.
- Strong ability to influence and mobilise partners to achieve the common goal of service excellence.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Able to work with ambiguity and loosely defined problem spaces.
Contract: 6 + 6 months
