Responsibilities
- Coordination and administration of company and general site service matters not limited to servicing of the cars, coordination of company bus /mini bus shuttle service, cleaning and maintenance services, etc
- Coordination and administration of company accommodation but not limited to managing the company’s houses, buying necessary items, arranging housekeeping when necessary, etc
- Liaising with other general service contractors at site to coordinate the service provided
- Perform related duties when required
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- At least 7 years' experience working as a site administrator
- Preferably with construction/ oil & gas industry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good time management and meticulous
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Must possess Class 3 driving license
Duration
- 60 hours per week
- 1 year contract, renewable
