Responsibilities
- Assess vehicle, provide advices to customer, prepare servicing schedule, prepare quotation and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and support to customers regarding vehicle maintenance and repair services.
- Prepare accident repair estimates.
- Assist customer queries.
Requirements
- Nitec in Automotive and equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in automotive industry.
- Possess basic troubleshooting skills to understand vehicle problem and provide advises.
- Comfortable in customer facing environment.
