About the Job Role
We are seeking a dynamic Education Outreach Manager to join our team at Cyberlite. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining relationships with schools, clients, and charities, ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of educational workshops and events throughout the year. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, adept in logistics and planning, and have great organisation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics and Event Coordination:
- Coordinate logistical requirements for running workshops with schools, clients, and charities.
- Organise trainers’ time tables and relevant resources needed for successful event execution.
- Manage schedules and timelines to ensure timely and efficient organisation of all events.
Outreach and Relationship Building:
- Actively contact schools and educational institutions to promote our workshops and events.
- Establish strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and other educational stakeholders.
- Onboard new schools to utilise the Cyberlite.org platform, such as providing support and training to schools and educators.
- Gather feedback for continuous improvement of our programs and services
Communication and Promotion:
- Ensure schools and clients are regularly informed about upcoming workshops, programs and events
- Handle inquiries and provide detailed information about our products and services
Qualifications
- Preferred experience in education, community management, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Management, or relevant discipline.
- Proven experience in event coordination, logistics, or outreach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms relevant to education and outreach.
