The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing integrated marketing strategies, with a specific focus on popularizing Japanese anime content in the region.
Responsibilities:
● Strategic Engagement: Lead the engagement with key intellectual property (IP) master licensees in the Southeast Asia region, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with ADK Emotions' business objectives.
● Brand Collaborations: Create and implement strategic marketing initiatives centered around intellectual properties (IPs), fostering brand collaborations that capitalize on synergies with potential partners. Strengthen ADK Emotions' market presence by orchestrating negotiations and agreements to achieve mutually advantageous results.
● Solutions and Channel Strategies: Develop and implement key solutions and channel strategies, focusing on merchandising and promotions, to drive brand visibility and revenue growth. Stay updated on market trends and consumer behavior to optimize strategies.
● Regional Marketing Support: Collaborate with regional leadership to support and enhance IP-driven marketing efforts. Provide strategic input and contribute to the development of marketing campaigns that align with partnership initiatives.
● Innovative Business Development: Conceptualize and manage innovative business development projects, leveraging partnerships to create new revenue streams. Identify opportunities for expansion and growth within the South East Asia market.
● Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as account management, strategic planning, and creative to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes effective communication and shared goals.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing.
● 15+ years of experience in marketing services preferably in a leadership role on the agency side
● Proven experience in partnership development, preferably in the entertainment or licensing industry.
● Strong network and understanding of the South East Asia market.
● Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
