Sales System and Operation Manager, ASEAN

Our client who is a global Chemical Manufacturer is seeking a Sales System and Operation Manager for the ASEAN market. The incumbent will be responsible for the sales system, including owning CRM (project, case management and retail) and managing commercial operations, implementing sales and process initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations

  • Drive operational excellence through process improvements
  • Identify opportunities supporting the sales teams by effective use of systems and tools
  • Assist teams to leverage new and existing technology solutions

Systems Management

  • Integrate multiple sources of information – SAP, CRM, DERP for performance management
  • Work on harmonization of data fields and structures
  • Drive UAT and signoffs
  • Evaluate and facilitate development and execution of country systems

CRM Operations

  • CRM governance for region and countries
  • Troubleshooting and management of CRM users
  • Work alongside CRM team in conducting UAT, management Go Live and ensuring 100% usage for CRM for projects and case management
  • Monitor pipeline, prospects and key accounts

COE Alignment

  • Parter with global process owners and information management teams for strategic alignment of BU objectives
  • Drive collaboration and communication across the ASEAN region
  • Assess business needs and align training activities

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in managing sales & distribution, commercial / sales operations, process management and analytics, project management
  • Bachelors / Masters degree
  • Strong understanding in process management, project management and sales application change management
  • Prior experience in a sales position
  • Prior experience across regions / in regional roles is an advantage
  • Extensive Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Strong understanding of ERP (SAP), CRM and agile web/cloud-based programs
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
