THE ROLE
LOCATION: SINGAPORE OR WILLING TO RELOCATE
As Head of Marketing, based in our Singapore office, you will lead a team to market B2B SaaS Software products to a global audience. You should have experience in developing cohesive marketing strategies spanning product marketing, lead generation, content marketing, and social media management. A deep understanding and insight into the Digify product and its position in the market will be crucial.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Craft and refine a global marketing strategy for Digify
- Effectively lead a team of marketers to execute the global marketing strategy
- Ensure that marketing goals and objectives are established, monitored, and reported on a regular basis
- Gain and maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Digify product, its customers, competition, and market segments
- Develop product positioning, value proposition, and messaging that differentiates our product to our key target audiences
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Drive our acquisition funnels and monitor relevant metrics. Recognise trends, troubleshoot issues and proactively identify opportunities to accelerate growth
- Assist in determining the correct pricing strategy/model for our product
- Review partnership strategies to address our markets
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual Marketing budgets
- Plan, execute and manage the upgrade and ongoing improvement of the Digify website for better visitor experience and lead conversion
- Create and implement a sales enablement strategy that equips our sales team with the resources they need to effectively sell Digify's products
- Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- A minimum of 8 years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Technical aptitude with a solid understanding of software development and web technologies
- Deep knowledge of product marketing, lead generation, content marketing and social media strategies
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a small marketing team, preferably in a SaaS product company
- Demonstrable experience in executing successful B2B digital marketing strategies on a global scale
- Proven experience in improving product-market fit and driving growth in a technology-based company
- Has previously owned a lead commit, and holds a clear track record of lead growth
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated deep understanding of the product(s) you have marketed and ability to position them effectively in the marketplace
- Demonstrated ability as a product or technology advocate
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts concisely
- Ability to transform knowledge and experience into insight and strategy
