This role is required to perform outbound contact engagement to Allianz's bank partner customers to promote general insurance products.
Responsibilities:
This role has a blend of skill sets in both customer service and sales. The focus is on customer service excellence to ensure claims and product benefits/processes relating to claims are correctly articulated.
- Conduct outbound calls to promote products with clear product knowledge to existing and potential customers of our business partners
- Upsell / cross-sell GI insurance products & retain customers based on customers’ needs
- Ensure all sales calls comply with all quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to sales efforts to attain business sales goals
- Perform system UAT from time-to-time and devise process workarounds if needed
- Contact customers for renewal and recovery procedures
- Any other duties as and when deemed necessary to improve/enhance customer experience
Requirements:
- Minimum O’level / Diploma. SPM holders with related experience would be considered
- At least 1 year of contact centre or 6 months of telemarketing experience in GI sales
- Must possess certifications in HI, BCP, PGI, and Comm GI
- Ability to work under stress and highly productive sales environment
- Highly motivated to achieve targets
- Possess good interpersonal & communication skills
- Possess sufficient computer competency such as basic MS office software applications
- Meticulous, responsible, systematic and preferably with prior experience from telesales and customer service
