RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing all aspects of the building from concept to completion
- Liaising with Consultants on matters of design and technical co-ordination issues and building regulations
- Conducting Site inspections on matters of design & technical co-ordination issues and building regulations
- Direction, co-ordination, organisation & preparation of Construction Documents and Drawings
- Prepare drafts of Material specifications and schedule of finishes
- Checking Design, Submission, Consultants & Contractors Shop Drawings
- Directing the Technical Officer, Architectural Co-ordinator & Project Secretary on their respective information management matters;
Job Requirement
- Architectural Degree/ Diploma is necessary. It is preferred that degree/ diploma is recognized by Board of Architects Singapore.
- Minimum Fresh Grad to 3 years of experience in architect function for diverse property projects
- Experience in Hotel, Residential, Commercial and Mixed Development.
- Able to do freehand sketches and possess good command of AutoCAD, Photoshop, Indesign, Sketchup and PowerPoint to fully express design ideas and communicate with project team and clients. Experience with Revit and 3Ds is preferred but not necessary
- Possess creative ideas and proven track record of design portfolio with excellent design detailing skills and time management
- Able to work independently with strong project management, excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Passionate and motivated personnel preferred who is willing to work hard and long hours to complete projects
