This is SG based role that will lead and manage a team of onsite/remote IT recruitment consultants.
- Build, develop and manage the team of tech recruitment consultants;
- Allocate job descriptions to team members and ensure that most of the job descriptions are closed to delight clients;
- Work with various client facing managers or directly with clients, to understand the clients’ needs & expectations of job descriptions and articulate the job description to recruitment consultants;
- Regularly assess that team members have understood the job descriptions well;
- Learning & Development: Coach team members to improve their technology knowledge, sourcing & screening skills, develop consultative approach & soft skills for better candidate management and to ensure a good understanding of end-to-end recruitment process;
- Strive to achieve a delightful candidate experience throughout the engagement process;
- Manage escalations in a timely manner;
- Result orientation and team leadership skills are must;
- You shall ensure the professionalism, Sciente way and integrity are maintained all the times.
Key Results Areas:
- Work with high integrity, honesty and with transparency;
- Demonstrate prudence and ownership of team for quality deliverables;
- To achieve the agreed on-boardings by the team on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Job Requirements:
- At least 8 years of work experience of which at least 3 years of total experience of managing a team focused on full life cycle talent acquisition/recruitment of active and passive IT professionals;
- Graduate degree or diploma in IT or Computer science or related field or in any business / HR / engineering discipline is required;
- Passion with a proven track-record to lead a team and make them work towards achieving revenue performance goals.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, result-orientation, attention to details and passion for continuous learning are needed;
- Past work experience to source strategically and screen prudently to identify the right candidates for clients;
- Experience in engaging with potential talents, understand their career aspirations with a consultative approach and to map the candidates’ career ambitions with what our clients have on offer;
- Attention to details, aptitude for continuous learning/coaching are mandatory requirements as per our organisational culture and needs of clients/market we serve;
- Own-up the entire journey of a candidate from sourcing to onboarding;
- Passion for quality deliverables - Disciplined, focused, persevering and resourceful.
