Job Description
· Perform customer service duties at the reception counter such as handling of phone calls and walk in enquiries
· Print examination papers, assessment papers, worksheets and other materials
· Record incoming and outgoing mails
· Assist requests from students and staffs of the school
· Filing of documents
· Handle other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
· At least GCE ‘N’ level
· Good Customer Service skills
· Experienced in handling administrative works
· Computer Literacy e.g Microsoft office (MS Word and MS Excel)
Working hours
· Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of ½ hr lunch break
· Fridays: 8:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of ½ hr lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

· Contract Period: From 2 April 2024 to 1 April 2025
· With option to extend (Discretion)
