- Position Title: Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor/ Warehouse Supervisor
- Working Location: Woodlands
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (9 am – 6 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + $100 Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of logistics personnel, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate stock records to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, oversee loading, and unloading activities, and ensure compliance with shipping protocols.
- Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes, implement efficiency measures, and optimize workflows to enhance productivity.
- Ensure the quality of goods received, stored, and shipped, and implement quality control procedures where necessary.
- Enforce safety protocols, train staff on safety procedures, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse/logistics facility.
- Maintain a clean and organize workplace as per 5S model.

- Min. O-level or relevant qualification.
- Prior working experience in logistics & warehousing is preferred.
