We are looking for1 secretary positions to support the company Management, based in Jurong Island.
Working hours: 60 per week, from Monday to Saturday.
Main duties:
- Handle and manage confidential matters, information and documents pertaining to projects and other matters
- Organize and co-ordinate meetings, conferences and other events as well as take minutes of meetings when needed
- Research and organize travel arrangements for the Head, Property and the Property team, including planning complex itineraries
- Manage calendar and appointments
- Provide Project Admin’s function, which includes filing of documents relating to the Property development, maintenance and sales & leasing.
- Prepare and organize presentation materials and documents
- Submit expense claims and disbursements on a timely basis
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time
Main requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a secretary or administrative position
- Full command of English Language
- Organized and meticulous at work
- Able to multi-task and problem solve with high quality of work
- Capable of maintaining high level of confidentiality
