Responsibilities:
- Manage telephone inquiries and perform front desk duties.
- Collaborate with the security team to oversee the entry of vehicles, vendors, occupants, contractors, or visitors onto the premises.
- Account for and document damaged items, equipment loss, and defects after guests have checked out.
- Inform occupants of charges for damaged or lost items and escalate appeals for waivers to the Resorts Operations Manager for processing.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure the resorts are well-maintained (inclusive laundry for towels and bedsheet).
- Document and report any defects and coordinate with the Facility Management team to schedule repairs and maintenance.
- Administer resort inventories and handle office stationery purchases.
- Address issues raised by the housekeeping, security team, or occupants in the absence of the Resorts Operations Manager.
- Provide assistance to occupants with basic troubleshooting, such as problems with equipment like refrigerators, air conditioners, or TV sets.

- Individual living around Pasir Ris/Tampines would be an advantage due to work location

- Mon, Wed, Fri: 11am to 8:30pm/Tue & Thu: 8:30am to 6pm
