Since October 2011, Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (THKMC) was incorporated as a charity with an IPC status to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large.
THKMC provides assistance to the various groups in our community through more than 60 programmes and services for the elderly and the sick, families, persons with disabilities, and children. We help anyone in need with full respect to their race, colour, creed, language, culture and religion. We have more than 90 programmes and services, reaching out to more than 55,000 people in the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Overview:
In this role, you will support our Services to plan and implement new initiatives and innovations as we drive the organisations Strategic Plan.
You will be involved to a great degree in understanding our Services needs and identify relevant strategies to raise the bar and efficacy of our Services through performance tracking and indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse data & generate reports to support decision-making processes.
- Provide insights & recommendations to senior management based on analysis findings.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes & systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather & document business requirements.
- Identify & resolve issues & bottlenecks within business processes.
- Assist in preparing discussion & presentation papers of Strategic Planning team.
- Assist in updating THKMC Management dashboard for monitoring & reporting KPIs.
- Add value by participating in improvement projects & task forces.
- Work with Head (SPRM) to achieve functional objectives & deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Post-graduate degree or professional certification would be a plus.
- Min 5 years' experience in data management / analytics.
- Competency in data analysis tools & techniques for informed decision making.
- Familiarity with data strategy / management.
- Good working knowledge of change management initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI & Tableau.
- Participated in Change Management initiatives.
- Experience in explaining data concepts to non-technical users.
- Detailed oriented. Able to work independently.
- Positive learning attitude. A strong team player.
- Good communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Self-driven & results oriented. Thrives under pressure.
