About Our Client
Our client is seeking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Supply Chain Manager to lead the operations in the Asia Pacific Region. As a key member of the Leadership Team, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and implementing supply chain strategies to support sales growth.
Job Description
- Actively manage and cultivate relationships with 3rd party logistics partners in the APAC region
- Take charge of the Regional Distribution Budget, exercising fiscal responsibility in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Represent the Supply Chain function and work closely with the Sales team to align strategies and support sales growth.
- Ensure that transport and warehouse vendors meet and exceed SLA requirements, emphasizing inventory FIFO, cleanliness, and accuracy.
- Lead Regional Project Management for both global and locally driven projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with Planning team to determine optimal inventory levels for the region, ensuring efficient product movement.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in managing 3PL partners in APAC
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- A self-starter with the flexibility to handle challenging priorities and deadlines, demonstrating a sense of urgency.
- Self-driven with leadership capabilities.
- Develop a Continuous Improvement/Operations Excellence function.
- Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing and improving operational processes.
- Establish and monitor clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for operations enhancement.
- Possess a strong track record in delivering synergies and optimizing operational efficiency.
