Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive art education programs that align with the institution's mission and goals.
- Manage a team of art teachers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Art Education or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in art education, with a focus on teaching in Singapore.
- Proficiency in calligraphy, oil painting, watercolor, sketching, and other art forms.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team of teachers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with students, parents, and colleagues.
