Responsibilities:
- Ensure design co-ordinations and the development of 3D Models and fundamental approval are in accordance with schedule.
- Ensure 3D Models are created to capture all instructions or changes issued by Consultants.
- Coordinate the process of 3D Model development and ensure Models are delivered within the sufficient time frame for coordination of MEP and other trade works.
- To highlight discrepancies in Consultants’ drawings and obtain resolution during the process of 3D Model development.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder.
- Excellent BIM operating skills.
- At least 3 years of design coordination experience preferably in LTA project.
- Able to work independently with experience for at least two large-scale construction projects
