Deputy Project Manager
Responsibilities
Plan, schedule and manage all aspects for site project
Coordinate and monitor site construction progress from commencement until Substantial Completion under PSSCOC
Coordinate and take directions from Consultant PM in-charge and HDB Project Director to manage Project and Site Staff
Track project milestones and deliverables
Identify project risks and developing appropriate mitigation strategies
Provide direction and support to project team
Communicate to stakeholders, project progress, issues for resolution and highlighting risks along with mitigation plans (including feedback from public and relevant authorities)
Monitor and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project goals/objectives.
Good knowledge and understanding of Project Management skills and tools
Ability to run projects within budget and schedule
All aspect of pre and post contract management functions
Have good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Take ownership of projects handled and all related works
Any other duties as required by management
Preferably with minimum 2 years of experience in HDB BTO Project
