- Source, recruit, and select qualified candidates for various positions onboard ships.
- Coordinate crew rotations and scheduling for assignments on vessels.
- Facilitate training programs and certifications for crew members.
- Maintain accurate records of crew qualifications, certifications, and contracts.
- Act as a liaison between crew members and management, addressing concerns and conflicts.
- Monitor crew performance, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback.
- Prepare and manage budgets for crewing operations.
- Develop and implement contingency plans for crew emergencies.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 4 - 5 years of relevant experience
- At least Diploma / Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Team Player
