Admin Assistant Cum Receptionist

Ssa Talent Solutions Pte. Ltd.

The Services required are set out as follows:

  • Manning the office counter and answering enquiries
  • Perform simple clerical duties including printing, checking and sorting out FAS and bursary applications, and informing stakeholders of outcome/collection of approval letters
  • Printing and arranging of timetable
  • Sorting out hardcopy mails to respective owners
  • Updating staff absence in the General Office

Any other administrative duties as assigned by the management.


Working hours are as follows:

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 6:45am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
  • Fridays: 6:45am to 3:15pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
  • Total 42 hours per week

Successful candidate should possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:

· Min O level or experience in office/reception duties

· Experience in working with schools will be advantageous
