The Services required are set out as follows:
- Manning the office counter and answering enquiries
- Perform simple clerical duties including printing, checking and sorting out FAS and bursary applications, and informing stakeholders of outcome/collection of approval letters
- Printing and arranging of timetable
- Sorting out hardcopy mails to respective owners
- Updating staff absence in the General Office
Any other administrative duties as assigned by the management.
Working hours are as follows:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 6:45am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
- Fridays: 6:45am to 3:15pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
- Total 42 hours per week
Successful candidate should possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:
· Min O level or experience in office/reception duties
· Experience in working with schools will be advantageous
