Position Title: School Operations Assistant II
Location: Methodist Girls’ School (Primary), 11 Blackmore Drive, Singapore 599986
Requirement Specifications:
Objective: The Contractor shall provide the Services by deploying one (1) competent personnel (“Personnel”) to support the operations of the School.
Duration of Service:
- Contract Period: March 1, 2024, to February 28, 2025
- Option to Extend: The Contractor grants the School the option to extend the Contract for a further period of 1 year from March 1, 2025, to February 28, 2026.
Work Hours:During School Term (non-school holidays):
- Mondays to Fridays: 6:30 am to 4:00 pm (9.5 hours), inclusive of 1-hour lunch break.
During School Holidays:
- Mondays to Fridays: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (9.5 hours), inclusive of 1-hour lunch break.
Scope of Services:The Services required are set out as follows:
School Operations Assistant II:Reporting to the OM, the candidate will assist him in:
- General cleaning, monitoring cleaning logistics, and supervising other cleaners.
- Marshalling traffic within the school.
- Providing logistics support for school activities and functions.
- Any other administration/operation duties assigned.
The personnel shall sign an Undertaking to safeguard official information.
Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel:The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
School Operations Assistant II:
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in general cleaning, canteen, and operations field; or equivalent.
- Physically fit and mobile.
- Relevant work experience in canteen and operation with a school is advantageous.
- Supervisory skills to manage cleaners.
- Experience in marshalling traffic in school is advantageous.
