Training Manager/ Assistant Manager (Sales/Retail)

Responsibilities:

  • Identify training gaps for yearly training plans in compliance with the company objectives.
  • Develop, implement and organize training activities in accordance with the policies and training programs of the company.
  • Identify and utilize training assessment tools and provide training plans.
  • Provide support to the team and improve overall employee capability and productivity.
  • Conduct training program for employees, both internal and external resources.
  • Write training reports for evaluation.
  • Conduct research on market trends.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • ACTA/ ACLP/ DACE Certified will be ideal
  • With 4 - 6 years of relevant experience, preferably from retail/ fashion retail industry
