- Plan and coordinate resources for daily inbound / outbound central kitchen operation so as to ensure efficient and timely operation of the distribution
- Contribute to the development and modification of central kitchen policies and procedures to ensure proper internal control and handling
- Ensure central kitchen storage management
- Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily central kitchen activities, cycle counts, stock takes and audit of same to verify results
- Develop and implement central kitchen operation process/workflow so as to optimize efficiency
- Implement and monitor safety procedures in central kitchen operations, ensuring team members comply with daily work duties
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, motivating and organizing the teams members to meet or exceed productivity targets
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports to Management
- Involved in the hiring, training and development of Warehouse personnel
