Job Description
• Set-up of the Asia Create, Design and Deliver teams, auditing existing creative workflows and recommending areas for evolution (continuous improvement)
• Coordinating with the Managing Director & other departments to ensure best-in-class operational set-up, continuous assessment, and improvement
• Oversees the development and implementation of systems and processes to support the organisation’s operations, gathering feedback from all stakeholders
• Own the internal and external communications framework for agency operations (metrics and reporting)
• Provide rigorous quantitative analysis and insights to company and department leaders that shape their perspectives and help influence departmental plans, utilise data and storytelling to convey the message to the right audience
• Partner with London based Technical Lead on the deployment of SG Project Starlight
• Support partner teams on regular strategic planning, forecasting and performance management processes
• Support on the formalization and deployment of the agency management plan (RACI, partner, and agency management)
• Work with Managing Director on budget planning for design lab, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies (Incl. temp-spend and vendor management
• Identify, scope, and socialize new opportunities for operational efficiency via process and tools - Example: ISO9001: 2015, benchmarking of procedure
• Provide leadership and support to other departments within the organisation with a view to innovation and critical thinking across all disciplines
• Implementing innovation and critical thinking across all disciplines
• Provide opportunities for constructive creative operations feedback through fostering of relationship with creative stakeholders to ensure and uphold agency culture, values, and intent
• Project management of daily tiered complexity projects as and when required
Job Requirements
• A business-related degree; or equivalent work experience and/or Project Management Accreditation
• 10+ years’ experience of working in large/matrix organizations, balancing multiple stakeholder requirements with an in-depth understanding of operations, creative, project and account management
• Experience in controlling and managing budgets
• Possesses a global outlook and comfortable working with geographically dispersed teams
• Exemplary stakeholder management with the ability to maintain and extend relationships
• Excellent time management, numeracy skills and attention to detail – with a flair for data
• Experience in managing direct reports (min 2 people)
• Ability to lead, motivate and influence others
• Adept in Adobe Creative Suite, campaign management (Workfront a plus) and MS Office Tools
