Responsibilities:
- Lead site management team consisting of Operations, Maintenance, Projects, and Technical teams
- Accountable for all activities in the site and this includes technical projects and its execution, to ensure they are within budgets, allocated time frame and in compliance with company’s standards and regulatory.
- Drive pro-active service and safety culture in the site
- Maintain high standards of site housekeeping, equipment and facilities.
- Responsible for ensuring customer expectations and delivery are delivered and met with service excellence.
- Manage site operating / capex budgeting, scoping and implementation
- Optimise site efficiency to drive productivity.
- Develop site Master Plan, encompassing technical projects, for future business needs
- Lead and ensure execution of the site Master Plan
- Responsible for driving compliance with regulatory and company standards in the site
- Responsible for driving continuous process improvements in the site
- Drive continuous improvements initiatives through innovation and value creation that aligns with the values of the company.
- Build strong stakeholder relationship both internally and externally, including any government bodies, local authorities and contractors
- Lead, manage and develop next level managers in the site
- Develop succession pipeline in site operations leadership team, including projects and the technical teams.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 15 years of plant operations, ideally at least 5 years as Plant Manager
- Strong Leadership
- Gas Plant experience will be a plus
