Responsibilities
- Configures and installs various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
- Performs network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
- Upgrading of Hypervisor, patching of Windows and Linux System.
- Supporting and maintaining the Windows Servers and Office 365
- Monitor and manage system alerts and notifications and respond accordingly through service tickets.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / IT Networking or any other related field of studies.
- At least three (3) years of experience is required
- Product knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, VMware vSphere, VMware vCenter, Hyper-V, Backup Solution, AWS, Azure.
- Good technical skills in LAN/WAN, configuration and troubleshooting PC and server hardware knowledge
- Hands-on experience with Windows environment and experience in troubleshooting, configuring servers and email support will be advantageous
- Hands-on knowledge with FortiGate/Fortinet firewall products
