Job Scope
- Operate semiconductor equipment to perform processes, measurement, and inspection of wafers.
- Equipment setup, loading and unloading of wafers
- Monitor basic equipment/process errors and perform recovery.
- Logistically transport wafer lots between equipment
- Perform chemical change/ top-up for equipment
Requirements
- NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronics, or any Engineering related studies
- Experience in Assembly, Build, Test, Preventive Maintenance
- Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply
