Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the organisation and coordination of office meetings, company events.
- Undertake various comprehensive administrative tasks issued by the headquarters, and arrange to guide each branch to complete.
- Administer and coordinator for OA system configuration.
- Drafting news and reports for important projects in mandarin.
- Responsible for Admin department procurement needs.
- Administer and maintain internal contract management system.
- Perform due diligence check on various legal agreement
- Assist in regulatory filings for the Asia-Pacific region.
- Compile reports on contract statistics.
- Other related tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in legal studies/ law & management or equivalent
- 3-4 years’ working experience in a corporate/commercial/regulatory team, preferably in Telecommunication industry
- Excellent time management and able to multi task
- Good command of and fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates and review Mandarin documentations)
- Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a team player
- Highly ethical, discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
- Responsible and meticulous in the work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Only Singapore citizen or PR is considered due to short of quota
