Job Description:
- As the head of the company, he is responsible for all sales and functional departments, and manages and directs multiple GMs and executives to maximize the company's profits.
- As a managing director of CIPLAS, to enhance the comunication between each countries and CIPLAS, and to contribute in business expansion, and to govern the whole Plastic related business for all over the world.
- To build the CIPLAS mid to long term growth stradegy, and to monitor and follow each department to keep in line with this strategy.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills including the proven ability to effectively convey information and ideas clearly in both written and verbal means to top managements , customers in each area, all national staffs, for all over the world.
- Basic understanding on Accountings, Legals, M&A, Future commodity tradings, and knowledge on Plastic Material business. (Polyorefin, PVC, Rubber, Engineering Plastic, Logistic etc)
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain good relationship with top managements, Tokyo headquarters' managers, all general managers within the area, subordinates and local/oversea staffs and customers.
- Challenging, open minded, sensitive and able to work in multicultural environment.
- Possess problem-solving and analytics skills with demonstrated ability to identify and define problems, verify cause of the problem and develop feasible solutions to resolve the problems identified.
- Able to coach and motivate the whole CIPLAS team for better performance and contribution.
- Proactively propose to apply new solutions with updating to latest market trends and business environment.
- Able to act as Exusecutive /Non Exusecutive Director of affiliate companies.
- [Must]Jananese Native or JLPT N1: Need to communicate with Japan HQ and Japanese customers frequently.
