We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Premier Direct Service Associate.
Principal Responsibilities
- Manning the PBC-International mailbox & assign out client’s email/queries that has been received based on a round robin basis for clients under the Team Managed portfolios of PBC-International
- Updating and maintaining the registry of Round Robin assignment as well as the sales/referral registry
- To filter and ensure the inbound emails are routed accurately; to re-route to the correct stakeholders when required
- Prioritize workload to closely meet cut-off times and deadlines
- To conduct proactive clean-up maintenance for cross-tagged and mis-tagged client based on country of residency
- To assist PBC to check on the outstanding requirement for SPI U-turn cases via the CRT cases
- To assist PBC in checking & retrieval of statement via OnDemand/ICN
- To assist with DBQ involving Offshore Personal Banking clients
- To advice and assist with bereavement related request involving Offshore Personal Banking clients
- Protect the Bank’s interest in risk and fraud and ensure operational efficiency by adhering to HSBC internal control standards, including internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators
- Ensure strict adherence to the bank’s operational guidelines and compliance requirement
Qualifications
- Holder of GCE O Levels with at least 2 years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft excel
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Ability to work well within a team and take the initiative to work independently when required
- Sense of urgency and ability to take on tasks and manage them alone with excellence
- Proficient in English and local language
