Duties:
- Act as a focal point to clients and coordinate with internal teams for projects
- Monitor project schedule and scope of work to meet client’s objectives and timeline
- Take ownership of client’s issues and provide professional solutions
- Take up ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements:
- Diploma/GCE A/O Level
- Excellent written & communication skills
- Meticulous, customer-oriented and a good team player
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to be multi-tasking, work in a fast -paced environment and meet pressing timelines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good customer service mindset and problem-solving skills
- Shift duty is required, with shift allowance and overtime pay
