RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment:

  • Manage end to end recruitment from sourcing till onboarding as per Bank’s Policy and SOP
  • Manage various stakeholders such as department Heads/Team Leads/prospective candidates and ensure to create a good candidate and internal stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process
  • Assist the HR Manager in Orientation programme
  • Have regular follow-up and feedback session with new staff ensuring their smooth transition by doing regular check- ins and collecting feedback to plug any gaps
  • Track probation, ensure confirmation appraisal completion and follow-up with confirmation

Payroll Processing

  • Perform payroll processing as a maker, accurately and in a timely manner for submission to payroll vendor
  • Ensure all staff claims are checked accurately with proper approval before payment
  • Ensure CPF contributions are accurately reported and submitted to payroll vendor before the deadline every month
  • Support the offboarding process for leavers

Statistical Report

  • Prepare presentation slides for meetings as and when required
  • Prepare headcount movement and hiring updates on a monthly basis

Admin Support:

  • Assist in staff engagement events
  • Assist the HR team on various Projects and/or day to day Operations, as and when required

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience in HR preferably in Banking
  • Exoerience in handling end to end recruitment is a must
  • Knowledge of Workday would be an added advantage
  • Working knowledge of Singapore labor regulations and statutory guidelines
  • Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work with minimum supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous, resourceful with a positive work attitude
