Responsibilities:
- To plan, manage a team of technician and callback and ensure daily operation are carried out according to requirements set by HDB and Town council.
- To Monitor Tele Monitoring System (TMS) mantrap, daily breakdown rate and chronic lifts data and consolidate all the informations and conduct weekly preventive measures meeting and share the informations with all the team leaders.
- Carry out monthly and quarterly lift servicing according to assigned schedule.
- Joint inspection with Town Council and BCA pertaining to the adherance of the regulatory requirements set by BCA and relevant governing bodies.
Requirements
- Min Nitec in Engineering
- At least 1-2 years relevant Supervisory working experience.
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
