The Security Education and Awareness Specialist will be responsible for security awareness and education efforts to enhance the Bank’s security culture. This will be achieved through the delivery of engaging and insightful physical and digital content delivered through various communications channels.

This position will report to the Head of Security Education and Awareness to deliver impactful content and initiatives to reduce susceptibility to cyber threats while enhancing positive security culture among Bank employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop security education and awareness content and initiatives that meet business objectives and educational needs.
Plan and deploy phishing simulations in order to assess and analyse employee susceptibility to cyber threats.
Create and update education materials regarding BANKS IT security policies, regulations and guidelines as well the individual’s responsibility to safeguard information assets.
Coordinate with and update stakeholders on learning needs, education content and schedules.
Define and maintain documentation, processes, procedures and metrics to demonstrate effective and efficient management of services and capabilities.
Provide support for Audit and Regulatory requests.
