Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Assist in designing, coding, and testing software applications, adhering to established development standards and guidelines.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues within applications, identifying and implementing effective solutions.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement and optimization of existing software applications.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of applications across various platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience.
- Document software development processes, including code comments, technical specifications, and user manuals.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 1-3 years of professional experience with Pega software.
- Understanding of software development concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with programming languages such as Pega PRPC 5.x/6.x/7.x., J2EE, XML, Java, JSP, and EJB.
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodology.
- Knowledge of coding languages including Angular JS, Java, and JQuery.
- Knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and XML.
- Excellent project management skills.
