We are seeking a creative and versatile Digital Content Creator specializing in Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a proven track record of creating engaging content in short form video and picture formats. This role offers an exciting opportunity to elevate our brand's presence on these platforms and connect with our audience in innovative ways, adhering to the brand values and tone of voice.

Responsibilities

1. Assist the marketing team with developing and implementing social media strategies across our social media platforms
2. Develop and execute creative content strategies tailored to Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube platforms.
3. Generate original, high-quality image and video content that captures audience attention and encourages interaction and sharing.
4. Conceptualize and product storyboard content ideas that align with our brand identity and messaging.
5. Shoot, edit, and produce compelling text, image and video content optimized for each platform's unique audience and features.
6. Stay informed on trends, challenges, and best practices within the social media landscape, particularly on Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube.
7. Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and authentic manner.
8. Monitor and analyze content performance metrics and user engagement to inform future content strategies and optimizations.
9. Stay up-to-date on platform algorithm changes and explore new features and tools to enhance content reach and visibility.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience creating and managing content for Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and videos.
2. Strong understanding of social media trends, culture, algorithms and audience behavior on Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube.
3. Creative thinker with a passion for experimenting with new ideas and formats to drive engagement.
4. Knowledge of analytics tools and metrics for measuring social media performance (e.g., TikTok Analytics, Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics) is preferred.
