Position Responsibilities:
1) Ability to work with customers to develop a tailored solution
2) Drive market awareness of company's products in SEA and create opportunities with potential accounts
3) Implement segment strategy and translate into sales by working with customers
4) Lift team's knowledge of technical skills and market knowledge and reach
5) Drive and deliver the result of team numbers set by Commercial Director
6) Diversify beyond POM and focus on growing premium products like LCP, PBT, Nylon and TPE where there are growth opportunities , hence strong drive to directly contact OEMs/tier and molders in order to promote sale of products and be top of mind at customers’ NPDs, solution developments
7) More direct servicing and contact points of end user accounts and molders
8) Deepening and expand relationships with key accounts
9) Drive opportunity creations in all segments focusing on Electric & Electronics applications within SEA
Required Knowledge:
1) 5yr+ experience in value selling polymers esp LCP, Nylon, PBT, TPE in SEA
2) Excellent selling + negotiation skills
3) Has connections; able to build and strengthen customer relationships
4) Strong team player: collaborates, plans and aligns with multiple functions
5) Self motivated and energetic
6) Risk taking, curious and strong business acumen
7) Can-do attitude; listens well
