Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee QHSSE management systems, policies, and protocols.
- Lead and conduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with QHSSE standards and regulations.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to vessel crews and shore-based personnel on QHSSE matters.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Analyze QHSSE performance data to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities, classification societies, and industry organizations on QHSSE-related issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external audits and inspections.
- Drive a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Proven experience in QHSSE management in the maritime or offshore industry.
- Strong knowledge of QHSSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
