We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, handling, shipping, and preparing products for customer delivery. Your primary focus will be maintaining a safe and orderly warehouse environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Receive and review daily orders from the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
  • Efficiently pull, pack, and ship orders within specified timeframes.
  • Maintain accurate inventory controls by recording stock location orders and tracking material quantities through our computer system. You may also assist with physical inventory counts.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Services, Sales, and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
  • Promptly report any potential risks, issues, or product defects to the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized, including shelves, pallet areas, and workstations. Adhere to all procedures, rules, and safety regulations.
  • As the position evolves, you may take on additional duties or special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum GCE N Level or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in warehousing is preferred, but we also welcome candidates without direct experience as training will be provided.
  • Physical fitness and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with operating equipment, including forklifts.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective time management.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and applications.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Understanding of proper safety procedures, equipment maintenance, and best practices within a warehouse setting.
