With their commitment to unparalleled quality and customer satisfaction, they aim to maintain and improve their current performance both locally and regionally, for which they are seeking a Customer Service/Logistics Executive to be based at their HQ in Singapore.

Job Description

You will be reporting to the Manager directly.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. To adopt efficient methods to streamline the logistics distribution process and reduce time spent.
  2. Provide support to the Service Centre, including duties such as verifying delivery documents, managing spare parts inventory, executing cycle counting, and preparing reports for analysis of stock and warehouse management.
  3. Assist with repair administration duties, data analysis of repair workflow, and implementing modifications.
  4. Implement process and product modifications to enhance efficiency.
  5. Ensure efficient shipment and receipt of goods while adhering to cost-effective practices.
  6. Control shipped items, shipping validity dates, and manage import/export licenses and processes, if applicable.
  7. Adhere to technical guidelines set by the company and ensure quality work standards are met.

The Successful Applicant

You should have a Diploma or a Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or Business Administration related field and experience in logistic / customer service operations. You must possess strong analytical and reporting capabilities. It is essential that you have experience in warehouse management system and import/export documentation. Experience in handling logistics operations containing small tools/materials is an added advantage.
