Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Transfer Agency (TA) and comprehensive knowledge of Local Unit Trust operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of a Transfer Agency platform, leveraging platforms such as MFTA and Ikon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Transfer Agency, guiding both the project team and clients through the platform development lifecycle.
- Analyze and document process flows, identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation within TA operations.
- Collaborate closely with clients to ensure the platform meets their business needs, facilitating effective solution design and customization.
- Participate in the design and execution of testing phases, ensuring the platform's functionality aligns with client expectations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in Transfer Agency operations, with a strong understanding of Local Unit Trust processes.
- Experience with TA platforms, ideally MFTA and Ikon, is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating with both internal project teams and external clients.
