The job duties and responsibilities of this position are outlined below:
- Processing monthly payroll accurately and timely with HRMS (Info Tech)
- Assist HR Manager in executing HR functions, initiatives and strategy
- Assisting in the recruiting, onboarding and offboarding processes
- Administering and maintaining employee records, letters and database systems; ensuring data quality and integrity, ensuring records are up to date
- Handle digital HR based initiatives and HR administration matters
- Handle work pass administrative matters for Company (from start to end) - work permit, S Pass, EP
- Handle foreign worker dormitory matters, ensuring legal compliance
In order to qualify for this role, you will need to minimally have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum polytechnic diploma in business, HRM or psychology (other fields may be also similarly considered)
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR generalist setting in SME environment as HR Assistant or HR Officer
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, number crunching, and basic understanding, knowledge and application of HR data analytics
- Experience in HRMS (Infotech) end to end payroll processing
- Be able to work under tight deadlines, execute instructions and handle pressure as assigned by the manager
- Able to work in our facility in Tuas (Singapore) for office hours
- Able to interact with foreign workers comfortably
- Have an eye for detail to ensure data integrity and accuracy in both digital and manual systems
