Job Description
- Manage end-to-end employee life cycle – from talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations matters, performance management to off-boarding
- Support manpower needs in recruitment including sourcing, job posting, onboarding process, orientation and off-boarding
- Manage all Work Pass [WP, SPass, EP] matters such as applications, renewal and cancellation
- Maintain and update staff personal records
- Provide day to day operational HR and administration support
- Provide expert and timely advice to business units on HR policies and procedures
- Foster strong employee communication and engagement with the stakeholders
- Initiate and execute projects for process improvement and/or system enhancements
- Handle ad-hoc duties/ projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent
- Min 2 years of relevant HR experiences
- Excellent presentation skills and strong in both verbal and written communication
- Possess good understanding of HR process, practices, and employment law
- Meticulous, responsible, resourceful with high degree of professional integrity and can work independently as well as in a team
- Energetic, fast learning with an impossible-is-nothing attitude
- Comfortable working with staff and management at all levels
