The Nanyang Centre for Public Administration (NCPA) is looking for a motivated and independent Assistant Manager to support the department with the planning and operations of the Executive Development Programmes (English) as well as activities and organization of recruitment campaign for the graduate programmes (English).
Responsibilities:
Executive Development Programme (English):
- Assist with administrative planning of the Executive Development Programme (EDP) for ASEAN countries and beyond.
- Build good rapport with partners in ASEAN countries.
- Collaborate and coordinate with sponsors providing relevant reports and updates.
- Prepare write-ups on executive programmes for website and annual reports to promote EDP’s ASEAN focus.
Graduate Programme (English):
- Support in implementing strategic marketing, recruitment, and advertising plans for NCPA Graduate to attract and grow potential students.
- Identify and report on recruitment strategies, social media campaigns, brand positioning, trends, and opportunities in the higher education sector.
- Prepare write-ups for website and annual reports to promote programmes interdisciplinary nature.
- Collaborate effectively with local and foreign government agencies / organizations to promote NCPA Graduate Programmes (English).
NCPA –Tasks at Centre Level:
- Undertake special assignments and related duties as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in tertiary institutions.
- Prior experience working with international delegations and graduate students will be advantageous.
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-cultural and collaborative settings.
- Service oriented experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Meticulous with an eye for detail and keen appreciation for quality documentation.
- Good knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office applications
- Good at multi-tasking and manage deadlines.
- Positive work attitude, team player and service oriented.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, proactive and can work independently.
- Resourceful and problem solver.
- Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and best practices.
