Responsibilities:
- Proficiently handle documentation for all shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Plan and coordinate collection/delivery schedules to meet cut-off timings.
- Prepare and process shipments efficiently, adhering to standard operating procedures and quality standards.
- Proactively follow up with customers to provide updates on shipment status, fostering strong customer relationships.
- Ensure timely closure of all job files to support month-end closing of accounts, maintaining accurate records for audit and reporting purposes.
- Monitor and ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met consistently, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level / 'N' Level / ITE qualification.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Willingness to commit to overtime when required to meet business demands.
