Responsibilities:
- Develop short & mid-terms sales & marketing strategy for his/her assigned products & regions, plan & implementing it under the guidance of team leader and contributing to Global BU result.
- To identify potential new customer/new application or new segment and be able to build a collaborative partnership with both internal (Technical Marketing, Business Unit, Product Stewardship, Supply Chain) and external stakeholders to drive for footprint growth.
- Achieving sales target, negotiate all spot & term contracts with commercial conditions that are in accordance with the set business strategy, business plan, company policies, local regulatory to ensure maximum value creation and profitability are fully met.
- Be able to maintain and strengthen close relationship with customers at all levels with strong focus on business excellence to drive for customer intimacy, resolutions on issues or concerns to support the achievement of the business objectives.
- Responsible for multiple key accounts, nurture strategic relationship and identify best opportunities for growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Economics or Agriculture
- At least 5- year relevant experiences in Petrochemicals sales or business management
