Ø Assess the current business strategy, internal capabilities, and market opportunities to validate and chart a new path for growth and profitability.
Ø Align the organization and manage the APAC P&L to exceed revenue, EBITDA, and Operating Cash Flow.
Ø Develop relationships and maintain close contact with key customers to understand their needs and gain insight into market conditions and potential products/services.
Ø Work with leadership to drive revenue growth, reduce costs and drive product innovation and customer service.
Ø Create a vision for growth and build and motivate the commercial team to rally behind the vision/strategy.
Ø Rebuild commercial function by instituting process, tools, and discipline to support growth. Upgrade talent and create a culture of customer accountability and bias for action.
Ø Develop and implement a go-to-market approach that will focus on the various applications of the company’s core capabilities.
Ø Drive operational improvements through the implementation of standardized metrics and customer service measurements including quality and on time delivery.
Ø Lead the acceleration of profitable business growth through operational optimization, pricing, product mix rationalization, etc.
Ø Drive continuous improvements in quality, delivery, planning, inventory, productivity, and safety.
Ø Drive the implementation of a manufacturing performance system and create continuous improvement utilizing Lean principles and other operational excellence methodologies. Drive asset optimization, eliminating costs and optimizing the plant networks within the business.
Ø Recruit, assess and develop a team with a positive bias for action and customer orientation.
