Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing the 3-year maintenance plan and consulted with the Maintenance Manager, Planner Maintenance and Supervisor Maintenance to get their input.
- Responsible for identifying whether an asset requires preventive maintenance, based on risk assessments & asset criticality review, regulatory & statutory requirements, standards, maintenance policies and analysis of the maintenance history.
- Responsible for establishing which default activities, standard procedures and required tools are needed as part of the preventive maintenance Work orders and consult with the Planner to get his input on the scope of work and default activities.
- Execute the Capex projects
- Identify Capex required based on business or sustainability needs of the terminal
- Carry out inspections to evaluate the quality of engineering works and / or the integrity of existing installations or structures, and make recommendations on the remedial works needed to ensure conformance with specifications and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in Chemical/Petrochemical Plant
- Piping Experience
